Product Overview
Compound water-retention solutions are discussed around the raw material, processing method and required finished-product texture. The current portfolio includes both blended-phosphate and phosphate-free directions; the suitable route must be evaluated for the actual formulation.
Blended phosphate formulations may include sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate. Phosphate-free systems may use sodium citrate and hydrocolloids. Composition depends on the selected product.
Functional Directions
- Water-management direction for suitable products
- Texture, firmness and tenderness support in selected processed foods
- Emulsification and stabilization where appropriate
- Phosphate and phosphate-free project routes
Application Discussion
Current discussions focus especially on selected processed-meat formulations. No single system is suitable for every raw material, recipe or process.
What We Evaluate
- Raw material and existing formulation
- Injection, tumbling, heating or other process conditions
- Target texture and applicable labelling requirements

For the selected product, ask our team about available grades or formats, technical specifications, testing criteria, packaging and net weight.
In your enquiry, select the product and specify whether you need a technical data sheet (TDS), specification or certificate of analysis (COA). Availability depends on the product and enquiry.
Before Requesting a Recommendation
Please share the finished product, formulation or ingredient system, processing conditions, target texture or stability, intended market and expected quantity. This gives the technical and export teams a useful basis for discussion.
